Police are still searching for one of the suspects accused of committing a homicide in Camden, New Jersey.
According to authorities, the fatal shooting stemmed from a robbery attempt in September. The two suspects allegedly tried to rob the 34-year-old victim as he walked near 28th Street and Pierce Avenue in Camden, NJ.
Afterwards, the victim was taken to a nearby hospital. Tragically, doctors could not save the victim; he was pronounced dead six hours after arriving at the medical facility.
One of the suspects, a 29-year-old man from Camden NJ, was recently arrested. Several agencies assisted with the apprehension, including the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office, the Camden County Police Department, and the U.S. Marshals Service Regional Fugitive Task Force.
The other suspect in the case, an 18-year-old male from Camden, is still at large. He is considered armed and extremely dangerous.
Meanwhile, the 29-year-old suspect recently made an appearance in Camden County Superior Court, where he was arraigned on the first degree murder charges. His bail has been set at $1.5 million.
