Cherry Hill NJ police are searching for the man who recently robbed a local bank.
The suspect allegedly committed the theft crime around 11:15 a.m. on Sunday. According to authorities, the suspect entered the TD Bank branch located at 1701 East Route 70 in Cherry Hill Township, approached a bank teller, and handed her a note. The note reportedly demanded that the employee hand over cash.
After the suspect got money from the teller, he reportedly exited the building and fled the area.
Detectives with the Cherry Hill Police Department are conducting an investigation into the bank robbery and attempting to determine the identity of the robber. In the hopes of spurring the investigation, police recently released an image of the suspect that was captured by surveillance video footage.
If police can eventually identify and apprehend the suspect, he would probably face criminal charges for robbery.
