A Blackwood NJ man has been accused of burglarizing a Pennsylvania business and stealing a credit card.
The suspect is a 46-year-old resident of Blackwood in Camden County, New Jersey. He allegedly broke into the Lower Makefield Corporate Center in Lower Makefield, PA, and took a credit card from the office park.
Afterwards, the owner of the credit card notified law enforcement. PA police then launched an investigation and looked at surveillance video footage that allegedly showed the suspect committing the burglary.
The Mount Laurel Police Department provided assistance to the Lower Makefield Police Department, with the two law enforcement agencies eventually identifying and locating the suspect. It turned out that the suspect was already in police custody at the Camden County Jail.
The suspect now faces numerous criminal charges in Pennsylvania, including theft of movable property, receiving stolen property, burglary, criminal trespass, forgery, identity theft, and access device fraud.
According to authorities, the suspect has admitted to committed the burglary and theft in Pennsylvania.
